Mentoring Policies
My intention is for you to feel supported, safe, and confident, with realistic expectations about how we’ll work together. That’s why here you’ll find how the process is organised, how time is used, and the commitments we both take on.
By booking and completing the payment for any mentoring service, you confirm that you’ve read these policies and agree to move forward under these guidelines, so the experience can be smooth, respectful, and fully aligned.

Express Mentoring is a focused, one-off session designed to help you gain clarity, organise your thoughts and make specific strategic decisions with more confidence and direction.

The mentoring session must be paid for in advance in order to secure your space. Your booking is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

Once the session has been booked, cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to attend and do not notify us in advance, the session will be considered completed, with no option for a refund or rescheduling. This helps us protect the schedule and respect the time reserved specifically for you.

Express Mentoring is a one-to-one experience. The sessions are designed to be fully personalised, so third parties are not allowed to join.
If your business operates in Ecuador, a 15% VAT applies. This will be handled separately through a payment link you’ll receive 48 hours before our session.

This session opens once a month, on the first Wednesday, with a small number of slots.
Key note: Before you continue
Your session only becomes confirmed once payment is completed. Until then, the time slot stays temporarily reserved.
That space remains available for 2 hours.
If payment isn’t completed within that time, the slot is released automatically.This helps protect the schedule and ensures each space goes to someone ready to move forward.
