Mentoring Policies

These policies apply to all mentoring services offered by Networking Creative House Digital and are designed to ensure everything is clear, honest, and well looked after for both of us from the very beginning.

My intention is for you to feel supported, safe, and confident, with realistic expectations about how we’ll work together. That’s why here you’ll find how the process is organised, how time is used, and the commitments we both take on.

By booking and completing the payment for any mentoring service, you confirm that you’ve read these policies and agree to move forward under these guidelines, so the experience can be smooth, respectful, and fully aligned.

General Policies

Applies to all 1:1 mentoring sessions today or in the future, Networking Creative House Digital creates and builds.

Choosing not to expand the sections does not mean the information was not provided.

  • All mentoring sessions are held 100% online via Zoom. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the access link by email so you can join calmly at the agreed date and time.

  • All sessions are recorded so you can revisit them afterwards at your own pace. After each session, you’ll have access to a private cloud folder with the recordings and materials worked on for 7 calendar days. After this period, the folder is automatically deleted as a measure to protect confidentiality and shared content.

  • During the mentoring sessions, I share methodologies, processes, and tools that are at the core of Networking Creative House Digital. All of this material is original, legally registered and protected.

This includes, among other resources: diagrams, workflows, processes, methodologies, templates, slides, summary charts, schemes, drawings and any visual structure developed during the mentoring.

To protect the work behind each process, this material may not be resold, redistributed, shared with third parties or used as your own product, whether free or paid. It may also not be adapted or transformed for personal or commercial purposes.

Any improper use of this content is considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

That said, you are completely free to apply what you learn to your own business, share your experience and show your progress. What we protect is our know-how: the internal methodologies, materials and processes that belong to Networking Creative House Digital.

  • To respect the time, energy, and commitment each mentoring process requires, please note that none of our mentoring services offer refunds, without exception.

I understand that genuine unforeseen situations can arise — such as illness, medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances. In these specific cases, and when notified in advance, a reschedule may be considered depending on availability.

We do not offer long pauses or rescheduling for foreseeable reasons such as travel, work commitments, events or personal organisation, as this affects the continuity of the process and the time already reserved in the calendar.

  • The mentoring service is booked for one specific person or, in previously agreed cases, for a duo defined from the start. This is a personal process designed to work directly and in depth with your specific context.

For this reason, the service is not transferable to third parties and cannot be assigned, resold, shared or changed in ownership under any circumstances. Access to sessions, recordings, and materials is strictly limited to the authorised person or duo at the time of booking.

  • To help you stay organised and make sure you don’t miss any sessions, we send automatic email reminders:

    • 24 hours before

    • 45 minutes before

    • 10 minutes before each session

This way, you can plan your day calmly and arrive focused and unhurried.

  • Sessions start and end at the agreed time. To make the process fair and effective for both of us, punctuality is essential.

A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is applied. If the client does not join within this time, the session will be considered completed, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

Respecting time, energy, and planning is key for both sides. Any time lost due to lateness or absence cannot be recovered.

  • We want the payment process to be as clear and simple as possible, so here’s how it works depending on your location:

    Mentoring within Ecuador
    You can pay via:

    • Bank transfer or deposit

    • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or Discover)

    • Instalment option of up to 3 months with interest (available only in Ecuador)

    Mentoring outside Ecuador
Payment is made exclusively through the payment link you’ll receive, using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or Discover).

Please make sure your card is enabled for international payments. This depends on your bank, so we recommend checking this in advance.

Once payment is confirmed, your place in the mentoring is officially reserved.

  • Mentoring sessions take place in a professional, close and human space, where respect is the foundation of everything.

We expect clear, conscious and respectful communication at all times. Offensive, aggressive, dismissive or disrespectful behaviour — whether verbal, written or digital — is not tolerated.

If this boundary is crossed, Networking Creative House Digital reserves the right to end the mentoring process with no right to a refund. Mutual respect is essential for the experience to be safe and valuable for both sides.

  • To ensure you can fully enjoy the mentoring experience without language barriers, sessions held in English include simultaneous interpretation.

This means a member of our team interprets the content being delivered in Spanish in real time, allowing you to listen directly in English as the session unfolds.

In addition, these sessions include automatic English subtitles as extra support for better understanding.

This service applies exclusively to mentoring sessions conducted in English and is part of our commitment to making sure you feel comfortable, confident and fully focused on the process.

  • Everything shared during the mentoring sessions is handled with absolute confidentiality.

Personal, strategic, or sensitive client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. This is a space created for open, honest and safe conversations.

  • Each mentoring process is designed to provide clarity, direction, and practical strategic tools. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Progress depends on multiple factors: your commitment, your context, the decisions you make and how you implement what we work on together.

The mentoring has a strategic, creative and educational focus. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

By participating, you understand and accept that all decisions you make as a result of the sessions are entirely your own responsibility.

Networking Creative House Digital guides, supports and provides structure and perspective, but final actions — and their outcomes — always depend on the client.

Our role is to walk alongside you with clarity and vision; the path itself is yours to walk.

Express Mentoring

Choosing not to expand the sections does not mean the information was not provided.

  • Express Mentoring is a focused, one-off session designed to help you gain clarity, organise your thoughts and make specific strategic decisions with more confidence and direction.

  • The mentoring session must be paid for in advance in order to secure your space. Your booking is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

  • Once the session has been booked, cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to attend and do not notify us in advance, the session will be considered completed, with no option for a refund or rescheduling. This helps us protect the schedule and respect the time reserved specifically for you.

  • Express Mentoring is a one-to-one experience. The sessions are designed to be fully personalised, so third parties are not allowed to join.

Meraki Mentoring

Choosing not to expand the sections does not mean the information was not provided.

  • Meraki is a deep and transformative mentoring experience, designed to support you in launching your business or reorganising it with strategy, clarity and a strong sense of direction.

  • Meraki includes a prior application process.

Before confirming your place, we carefully review:

    • Whether your needs align with what Meraki is designed to support

    • The current stage of your business

    • Your goals, challenges and expectations

If we feel that Meraki is not the right fit for you at this moment, we will let you know honestly before any payment is made. The intention is for this to be a meaningful investment for you — not a burden.

  • Meraki is structured in two payments of USD 545:

    • First payment: secures your place in the mentoring

    • Second payment: must be completed before the online sessions begin

The first payment activates the internal preparation work, which I carry out based on the information you share in the initial form. This analysis is essential to ensure that every session has intention, focus and depth from the very first meeting.

  • Meraki works with two payments because the process begins before the online sessions and involves strategic work in advance.

The second payment must be completed before the online sessions begin.
To support you through this step, you will receive an email with the payment link 48 hours before the start of the sessions.

It’s important to understand how the process is structured:

    • The date and time you select when booking correspond to the time at which all sessions will take place

    • From that date, the internal pre-work begins and is carried out over four consecutive working days

    • The online sessions begin on the next working day, once the pre-work has been completed

    Practical example

If you book a Tuesday at 10:00 am:

    • The pre-work takes place on:

      • Tuesday

      • Wednesday

      • Thursday

      • Friday

    • The online sessions then begin on Monday of the following week, always at 10:00 am

Work is not carried out on weekends or public holidays.
If any date falls on a non-working day, the process continues on the next working day.

  • Once you receive the confirmation email letting you know that Meraki is the right fit for you, you will have 48 hours to complete the initial form.

This form is a key part of the process. The information you provide allows me to carry out the preliminary analysis and prepare the strategic work we will develop during the sessions, so that each meeting feels aligned, intentional and meaningful.

If the form is not completed within this timeframe:

    • The originally selected date will be automatically released

    • If the first payment has been made, it will remain active (no refunds apply)

    • The mentoring may be rescheduled once only, subject to calendar availability, within the same month in which it was originally booked

Outside of that period, it will not be possible to resume the mentoring, as the agenda is planned in advance and other active processes and services take priority.

The pre-work only begins once the form has been fully completed. This allows us to ensure a thoughtful, focused and well-aligned mentoring experience.

  • Once the second payment is made:

    • Payphone (our payment gateway) sends an immediate notification to both you and our team

    • As soon as we receive confirmation, your booking is activated during working hours

    • If the payment is made outside of working hours, confirmation will be processed on the next business day If the second payment is not completed, the online sessions will not begin.

The first payment is non-refundable, as it covers the strategic internal work carried out during the days leading up to the sessions.

This work is an integral part of the Meraki process and is not delivered as a separate or partial material.

  • Meraki is a committed and continuous process. Pauses, suspensions or unjustified absences are not allowed, as each stage is designed to build upon the previous one in a coherent and structured way.

If the client chooses to discontinue Meraki by personal decision, they will retain access to the materials and recordings generated up to that point. However, no refunds will be issued, as the strategic and creative work will already have been completed.

  • Meraki can be carried out on a one-to-one basis or in a duo format (business partners), provided this has been defined and approved from the start of the process.

The mentoring is always focused on one single business, to ensure depth, clarity and aligned outcomes.

  • In addition to the live sessions, Meraki includes asynchronous support via internal chat.

    • Asynchronous sessions take place on the third Tuesday of each month

    • Any questions or messages sent outside the agreed timeframe will be addressed during the next scheduled asynchronous session

This space allows the process to continue smoothly, without breaking the rhythm or structure of the mentoring.
