INSIDE THE PROJECT

Eutopía — Handcrafted pieces for peaceful living

Alejandra is a young artisan with an Ecuadorian father and a French mother, who has spent most of her life moving between Ecuador and France. This cultural duality shaped her sensitivity, her creative eye and her deep connection with handmade work.

▪ The starting point: From A to B

Alejandra is a young artisan with an Ecuadorian father and a French mother, who has spent most of her life moving between Ecuador and France. This cultural duality shaped her sensitivity, her creative eye, and her deep connexion with handmade work. In 2023, she decided to bring together everything she knew about clay, ceramics, glycerine, and wax to create EUTOPIA — a brand born to bring calm, order, and a sense of peace into the home.

Through candles and handcrafted pieces such as soap dishes, vases, candle holders and jewellery trays, Alejandra creates objects that go beyond aesthetics. Each product is paired with carefully selected scents designed to evoke specific emotions, support different moods and connect with the senses, turning everyday moments into small rituals of calm and presence.

EUTOPIA is not about filling spaces, but about transforming them into personal refuges. Every piece adds warmth, harmony, and intention, helping to create a home that feels grounded, peaceful, and consciously lived in.

Together with Alejandra, we built her brand from the ground up — starting with the creation of the name and developing a complete brand kit that truly reflects her essence. Alongside this, through mentorship, we structured a sustainable and realistic business model aligned with her lifestyle, allowing her to grow her brand while maintaining flexibility, freedom, and coherence with the life she leads.

▪ The Pandora’s Box: What we discovered

  • We realised the business needed to adapt to her real life — constant travel and a full-time job — not the other way around. From there, we organised a way for EUTOPIA to grow sustainably, without pressure, but with clear direction.

  • We looked at how each piece could be produced, stored and delivered without turning the process into something heavy or overwhelming. The focus was on simplifying — smoother workflows, practical decisions and a setup that felt manageable.

  • Monica had the experience, reputation and results, but lacked a business and digital strategy to channel that value towards clear goals of visibility, lead generation and loyalty. Her online presence didn’t match the quality of her service.

  • The real change happened when she realised EUTOPIA could be more than individual pieces. She began to see her work as a creative universe — with different income streams, new opportunities and the freedom to create without self-imposed limits.

▪ The Challenge: A Strategic Move

Our starting point was about bringing clarity without losing the soul of the project. Through the mentoring process, we worked on building a business model that truly fits Alejandra’s lifestyle, taking into account her full-time job and her constant travel between countries. We defined which products to prioritise, how to organise production times, and how to avoid creative burnout.
At the same time, we set clear guidelines around pricing, realistic sales volumes and ways to grow without pressure. All of this was developed under the creative concept Everyday Calm: pieces designed as small rituals that invite you to slow down, bring order to your space and reconnect with your senses. They’re not just decorative objects, but elements that support real moments of pause at home and give meaning to how the brand is built and shared.

BRAND ARCHETYPE: THE VISIONARY

The first big step was finding a name that could truly hold everything the brand wanted to express. We weren’t looking for something that simply sounded nice, but for an idea with meaning. That’s how EUTOPIA was born, a word derived from the Greek “εὖ” (good, well) and “τόπος” (place), meaning “the good place”. A concept that naturally reflects the heart of the brand: creating small sanctuaries of calm within the home, spaces where life slows down and the senses gently come alive.

From there, we built the entire brand universe. We shaped an identity that highlights craftsmanship, material quality and the sense of calm that runs through Alejandra’s pieces. The sensory identity was grounded in carefully chosen fragrances designed to evoke specific emotional states — calm, order, and pause — while the verbal identity was developed with soft, warm and conscious language that invites people to live their spaces with intention. Alongside this, we defined a visual communication strategy that presents each product as part of an everyday ritual, helping EUTOPIA stand out in a competitive market and connect with people who aren’t just looking for objects, but for a genuine sense of wellbeing in their daily lives.

▪ Results: What we achieve together

As EUTOPIA began to take shape as both a brand and a business, the shift went far beyond numbers. It brought clarity, focus and a clear sense of direction. Moving from creating by instinct to building with intention meant that every decision — from the products themselves to how they are sold — started to serve a long-term, sustainable vision.

  • Before, Alejandra sold around three pieces per month, believing that was her natural limit given her lifestyle and full-time work. Through the mentoring process, we defined fair pricing, realistic production times and a structure that allowed her to increase sales without sacrificing balance, turning her creative project into a planned and sustainable source of income.

  • The brand moved away from offering isolated products and towards clearly defined lines: ritual candles, functional home pieces and decorative objects with intention. This brought clarity around which products resonate most, which generate stronger interest and how to present them under one coherent story.

  • With a solid business structure in place, EUTOPIA can now operate without Alejandra needing to be present at all times. The foundations were laid for future collaborations, made-to-order sales and new product lines — all aligned with her nomadic, creative lifestyle.

A kind note from the client

“It was time to take the next step — and I’m so glad we did.”

Before, the brand didn’t reflect who I truly was. Working with Networking gave me a clear and consistent identity. The whole process felt warm and thoughtful; I truly felt heard. Now the brand connects with clients who share my vision. I’ve gone further than I ever imagined, and I finally feel ready to grow with purpose and for the long term.

After this process, I feel much more confident in what I do and in how I present it. Today, I better understand the value of my pieces, how to communicate them, and how to organise my work without losing the calm and balance I need in my day-to-day life. Thank you for the collaboration.
