Lisett López is more than a sales promoter; she is a woman deeply connected to her roots, who truly believes in the power of ancestral medicine as a real path to healing.


▪ The starting point: From A to B

Lisett López is more than a sales promoter; she is a woman deeply connected to her roots, who truly believes in the power of ancestral medicine as a real path to healing. Her work goes beyond offering natural products: she seeks to educate, guide and support each person on their journey towards wellbeing, blending traditional knowledge with a warm, human approach.

Before starting this process with us, Lissette already had a clear mission, but her brand didn’t fully reflect her story or the true value of her purpose. We work on brand auditing to find weak points. Through the creation of her brand kit and the Meraki mentoring, we worked on shaping a coherent identity that truly represented her essence, made her proposal visible, and allowed her to grow with a strategic, emotional and purpose-driven focus.


▪ The Pandora’s Box: What we discovered

  • The brand audit helped analyse how Lizeth’s business had been perceived since 2016, identifying how well recognised it was among her target audience and its position compared to competitors. This provided a clear view of the brand’s visibility and recognition.

  • We looked at how potential and existing customers received the products and services offered, spotting patterns of interest and areas where communication wasn’t creating a connection. This insight was crucial to shaping future strategies and ensuring the brand resonated with its audience.

  • Lisett was promoting ancestral medicine products from a very genuine place, almost as a natural extension of her daily life. During the mentoring, we realised the project had been approached more as a side support than as a business in its own right. We identified a real opportunity to turn it into a stable source of income without losing its essence or values.

  • We discovered that Lisett had set a limit on her own potential, assuming a certain level of sales was “normal” or “as far as it could go”. The mentoring helped open that internal conversation and showed her, through real scenarios and numbers, that her knowledge and products could reach many more people.

  • Rather than speeding things up, the focus was on creating order so the business could work in her favour. We identified the need for a simple, flexible, and sustainable structure that respected her pace, her way of working, and her personal relationship with each client, avoiding burnout and constant improvisation.

▪ The Challenge: Mapping the master move

Once the brand audit was completed and the key points of positioning and acceptance were identified, work began on an intuition-led project into a conscious and sustainable business, without losing its ancestral roots. From the creative concept, we shaped a narrative that connects traditional medicine with everyday wellbeing, positioning Lisett as a warm, trustworthy guide. On a practical level, we built a clear business model, defining services and products, setting up active income through direct sales and personalised guidance, and passive income through educational content and recurring recommendations. We also organised pricing, timelines and client processes so the business could grow without relying solely on Lisett’s constant presence, allowing her to build financial stability while staying true to her rhythm and purpose.

▪ Change in Action: Beyond What Meets the Eye

The monogram, made from the “L” in her name, became a distinctive, recognisable symbol that works across all her materials. In the visual identity, we chose a colour palette inspired by nature and medicinal elements, paired with clean typography and subtle graphic details that convey calm, balance, and trust. The verbal identity was crafted to be friendly, educational, and empathetic, using simple language that connects directly with her community—no jargon, no exaggeration—making every message easy to understand and remember. In the sensory identity, every element—from copy to visuals—was designed to evoke feelings of wellbeing, harmony, and connection with nature, reinforcing the experience of care and health. Specific pieces like communication guides, social media templates, and educational material were also created to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The whole kit works as a cohesive ecosystem, allowing Lisett to showcase her expertise with confidence, authenticity, and professionalism, giving her audience trust while reflecting the true essence of her personal brand.

▪ Results: What we achieve together

After working on Lisett’s brand kit and the Meraki mentoring, she not only strengthened her identity but also made concrete strides in her business, building a solid foundation for sustainable growth. Every action taken had a tangible, measurable impact, from brand perception to internal organisation and sales strategies.

  • Thanks to the complete development of her brand kit, Lisett now has a consistent visual, verbal, and sensory identity. This ensures her messages and materials convey trust and professionalism, increasing clarity in her offer and making her personal brand instantly recognisable.

  • The mentoring helped her organise her workflow, set routines and priorities, and manage her time better. As a result, Lisett reported a 15% reduction in duplicated or unproductive tasks, allowing her to focus more on strategic activities and serve more clients efficiently.
