INSIDE THE PROJECT
Pietro Pagani — Italian haute couture tailor
Pietro Pagani isn’t just an Italian tailor. He’s the living continuation of a craft that began with his father and that he’s carried forward with dedication since he was 19.
EXECUTED SERVICES:
▪ The starting point: From A to B
Pietro Pagani isn’t just an Italian tailor. He’s the living continuation of a craft that began with his father and that he’s carried forward with dedication since he was 19. Now, at 65, and after a lifetime creating made-to-measure suits for businessmen, grooms, and their wedding party, he decided to take an important step: building his own personal brand.
His idea was clear and honest.
He wanted to take his work to countries close to Italy and present it exactly as it is: traditional, precise and made with a level of care you simply can’t rush. But to open those doors, he needed more than talent — he needed a brand and a website that could speak for him.
And that’s where everything began. Taking his story, his tradition and his unique way of working… and turning it into a brand that honours his journey and supports him as he steps into new markets.
▪ The Pandora’s Box: What we discovered at the start
-
When we began working with Pietro, we found something quite simple: he had an incredible story… but no brand to tell it. And that was perfectly fine. It was just that starting point where everything was still waiting to take shape.
There was no verbal, visual, or sensory identity. No narrative that spoke about his way of working, his tradition, or that classic touch that makes him so unique. Everything he did had value, but there wasn’t yet a space where it could be shown clearly.
-
We also noticed something truly special: his approach was entirely personalised — no catalogues, no rentals, unique pieces, and guarantees that very few offers. But that essence still didn’t have a language, a style, or a structure to support it.
-
In reality, what we discovered was this: a story ready to take form, and a brand waiting to be born.
▪ The Challenge: Mapping the master move
With Pietro, the challenge was to shape a strategy that genuinely brought order to his world and gave meaning to every step. We began by defining his brand strategy —the foundation for both his brand kit and his website— and took the time to truly understand his business model so we could structure clear, effortless processes. From there, we aligned his narrative, his pitch, and all the little details that make him who he is: his personalised notes, his decision not to work with rentals or catalogues, and his commitment to luxury, high-quality fabrics. With that clarity, everything fell into place, allowing us to craft a master move that honours his legacy and presents it consistently as he steps into new markets.

▪ Change in Action: Beyond What Meets the Eye
BRAND ARCHETYPE: THE RULER
In his brand kit, we brought his verbal identity to life with taglines that speak honestly about his craft and carry his unmistakable sense of style. We identified the scents that have always been part of his work and, by blending them, shaped a unique fragrance that naturally aligns with his verbal and visual identity. Visually, his monogram emerges from the union of the two “P”s —Pietro and Pagani— subtly forming the silhouette of tailor’s chalk, one of his key tools, moving away from anything predictable in the industry.
On his website, we worked with elegant, subtle and refined CSS touches to add micro-interactions that lift the experience without distracting from it: soft transitions, details that guide you as you browse, and navigation that feels as clear as it is warm. Everything comes together with professional photography, copy written by us, and testimonials that reinforce his trajectory, positioning the brand as a reference of style, tradition and good taste in the world of sartoria su misura.
▪ The debut on the web
The page was developed using strategic architecture, conversion-oriented content, and a design that is fully aligned with the visual and verbal DNA previously established. It was optimised for speed, usability, and intuitive navigation, ensuring a clear, modern, and functional experience on any device.

▪ Results: What we achieve together
Before diving into the numbers, there’s something worth saying first: when a brand aligns with its true story and the experience it genuinely delivers, the results follow naturally. And that’s exactly what happened with Pietro.
-
After launching his brand and website, demand for his work grew steadily. Today, Pietro is fully booked for suit fittings until February 2026—a clear sign of how a well-aligned brand attracts the right clients and builds long-lasting trust.
-
He went from having no digital audience to building a community that truly connects with his story. His newsletter —those handwritten letters later digitised— now enjoys a 70% open rate, a strong indicator of real interest, warmth, and authenticity.
-
With a solid identity and a website fully aligned with his essence, Pietro has seen a significant increase in sales and a higher quality of clients reaching out. Today, his brand is perceived exactly as he works: with tradition, detail, distinction, and style.

A kind note from the client
“The Stitch Online”
Working with Networking completely transformed my brand. We had never had a website before, and now we have one built from scratch that truly reflects who we are and what we offer. It’s professional, clear and perfectly aligned with my way of working. Thanks to the structure they created, clients can book their fitting appointments without any hassle… and that changed everything: my schedule is fully booked until February 2026.
On top of that, my newsletter —‘The Stitch Online’— went from not existing to becoming a real community. With fewer than a thousand subscribers, we’ve reached a 70% open rate, which allows me to connect more closely with my clients and keep the relationship alive through style notes and personal reflections.
Networking managed to translate my story, my craft and my way of working into a coherent brand and a digital space that resonates with men who value style. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business.
